ERASMUS+ TEPS project meeting in Los Molinos, Spain

From 13th to 17th of November I (Kadri Tamberg, Estonia) was able to participate ERASMUS+ TEPS project meeting in Los Molinos, Spain. It was a memorable time together with colleagues from Czech Republic, Ireland, Turkey, Netherlands and Spain.

On Monday evening we had together a welcoming dinner at FC Hotel Villalba. Time we spent in the school “Divino Maestro” Los Molinos (our hosts) and also school ”El Paralejo” in the neighborhood, on our first and second day, was really inspiring and interesting. I was very impressed by the friendly and warm atmosphere of those two schools and took many good ideas with me to my school.

Students from 6th grade of Divino Maestro welcomed us and introduced their school premises and all that in fluent English! Also they performed us a wonderful and skillfully done musical piece!

During these first two days students of both schools worked with enthusiasm with the TEPS BOX projects. On the next day we had possibility to introduce our own schools and countries to the students from the first to sixth grade. And I must say that the understanding of English language of older students was impressive! We visited also a much bigger school (with kindergarten) El Cantizal, where we saw very modern and well equipped   classrooms for science and technological possibilities for smaller children.

Whole visit to Spain gave me an unforgettable positive impression about schools and culture in that area near Madrid. Our hosts took us to see a historical glass factory and an amazing town Segovia. We could try very various and delicious Spanish cuisine every day. These spectacular views on mountains surrounding us everywhere are still a main picture in front of my eyes when I think of this visit.

Thank you, Jose Gonzales Illera and to all your stuff to make us feel welcome and cared during all this week that I and other participants could spend with you!
